Severe RA Diagnosis? | Arthritis Information

I have a question....can you be diagnosed with 'severe' RA when you are sero negative?

My diagnosis was very aggressive RA and I was also sero-negative.

Severe PA with a slightly raised ANA test for RA. Not high enough to have both, although I think they are just kiddin' about that....'cause it is takin' a whole long time for my body to come under any control.
