Gobble gobble gobble

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and keep in mind the Allied troops from around the world fighting worldwide terrorism.

Cathy

   AMEN to that Cathy!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING, EVERYONE!! AND MAY YOU ALL HAVE AN EXTRA COMFORTABLE DAY!

Hi everyone: betcha thought you had gotten rid of me, eh? Like that proverbial bad penny I keep turning up...

I am in the midst of a horrendous flare, the worst I have experienced in thirty years of flares.Nothing, quote literally nothing including a morphine drip, has provided much comfort. I have had nearly every joint injected, been scanned and x-rayed until I am certain I glow in the dark---however I am hoping that glow provides enough light to begin to push Dante's shadows back at least enough that breathing is easier.

OOOOPPPS! a thousand apologies. I did not come here to mitch and boan, rather I came to wish each of peace, comfort, smooth roads, and fair skies.

Con brio, Happ

Aw, Happ.   I hope you manage to have a great yhanksgiving despite your nasty flare.  And feel better soon.  And yeah, I did notice you gone, I'm sure the others did too.

Cathy, thanks for remembering our troops

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!!!!!

Happ that really really sucks. I hope the terrible flare ends soon. I will be
thinking of you.

And Happy Thanksgiving, Neighbours!

Hi Hap, and all, sorry you are not feeling well,

This is such a better Thanksgiving for me than last year as I was in the hospital, the dang cardiologist would not let me go home!!, even though the respatory guy said it was okay (I had pneumonia was okay after treatment but was on my way to have a heart valve repaired in December)!

so, you can see this is a big improvement for me.

Love to all, Lynda

ALSO REMEMBER THE TROOPS AND PRAY FOR THEIR SAFETY.  GOD BLESS EVERYONE.   Dotti51

Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope this finds everyone refreshed from an afternoon nap.

Had to work today and eat "catered turkey"

Hello everyone!  I have driven myself to hurt like a, well never mind!

Happ, Honey I am so sorry about your flare.  I was wondering where you skipped off to.  Take care and hope you are surrounded by the one's you love!

Jay...."catered Turkey?"

Mona, hope you and your sister are doing better.

We had a great Thanksgiving, and the food was great!  Everyone was stuffed and my two men, tried to eat as much as they could.  DS came home on Wed. with the flu, so we are working our way out of that.

Eye appt. did not go well at all.  Found more stuff that we think might be caused by inflamation, but will be seeing the eye doc every week, so I don't lose my sight.  Here's hopin'!

Well, remember how I said I was going to Dad's for Thanksgiving?  Well, they thought they were coming here.  We arrived at their house with the crown roast (transported in a pre-warmed crock pot to keep warm) about 10 minutes before they were about to leave for our house with the turkey (Dad likes to have at least two dead animals on the table) and corn muffins.  No one had done any sides.

Jasmine that is the got to be the funniest thing I ever read you have  done! But even with all the fiasco, we had a nice dinner.  The thing that amazes me is how you always go with the flow and are so laid back! I would have probably been hateful, panicky, and crying all the way home! Kids would be ill, and hubby and I would be fighting for each others throats! The other day the rheumatologist asked how I keep such an upbeat (I think she meant SILLY) attitude, even though I have been dealing with RA for about 5 years.  I told her, if this is the worst that ever happens to me, I have NO complaints!!!!. Yea, my oldest son (the aristocrat) thinks we should have crown roast every night. [QUOTE=Lynda M]
