I think we should all avoid artificial sweetener as they are no good anyway. After removing Aspartame from her diet, this lady regains her life back.

Hopefully it can benefit us all!
If it actually worked as it is posted, it sounds like a miraculous recovery. I'm glad it worked for her and hopefully it will work for others. I am skeptical though.
Phats Oh, I fully agree that eating better WILL help your RA. However, to say it CURES it is a stretch to me. I agree, when I'm eating good, I feel a whole lot better than when I'm eating crap (which tastes better by the way Well, it probably does cure a small amount of people, if they're lucky
enough to identify what foods are triggering the RA and are able to
eliminate them. Yeah, what Gimpy said.
This wouldn't work for me as I have NEVER used aspartame or any other
artificial sweeteners. It just seems, like, why would you purposely
ingest chemicals instead of food? Especially for something as
unnecessary as sodapop? I'm not religious about it so probably some
gets in if I chew a piece of gum or something, but I usually avoid
"diet" products.
On a side note, aspartame has been shown to actually stimulate appetite, so it's not very effective for dieting anyway.

There has never been any aspartame in my diet, not even a hint. I have had RA for over eight years, and as you can see from my meds, I take a lot of them!! My RA has nothing to do with aspartame or food additives as everything we eat is natural due to allergies in the family.
