Did you upload the pic to an online image host?
You and only you will see the pic you are just loaded it from your hard drive.
Try to upload it to imagecave sign up for a FREE account.
Try that and we will let you know if we see your pic.
Or photobucket.com That is a really good one, and is easy to use. If the picture is too large to use for your avatar, go to http://eee.uci.edu/toolbox/imageresize/ and upload the pic to their server, resize it and then save it to your computer, then upload it to your online photobucket/other image hosting site, then copy the Http/address and paste it to the spot where your avatar info goes! I hope it works, that's how I got mine to work.Thanks Butterfly. I'll check that site out, too.
