What is your insurance RX tiers?

Mine is and I am not kidding...

/ /

Yeah... I just realized the other day that is why the Zyrtec was Most of my meds are or less - I tend to stick with generics.  I've had a couple of pricey ones, though.  I took Levaquin last year for the sinus infection from Hell, and it was over 0 for 15 tablets (that's AFTER insurance).  Mine is //.   Geez Louise....My last prescription was 70 cents (plaquenil), and I only pay 20% of that because I have extended insurance. I think the most I paid this year was , for a 6 month supply of Mincoin. Okay, maybe the equivalent to your tiers is my annual deductible. I think my pharmacare deductable is 5 and my extended insurance deductable is .

No even if I meet the deductible I still have to pay that. I have paid enough for my meds this year that I have went over my deductible.

I have Medicaid, but not this month, because hubby got paid 3 times and they cut off my SSI & Medicaid for this month. I will resume in Dec.

When I have Medicaid the most I pay for a RX is and most are just 50 cents.

But this month all my meds are one of them tiers. I always get generic, but like the zyrtec there is no generic yet.

Oh and up until a couple of months ago... when the insurance changed AGAIN... my co-pay tiers were / /

joonie39415.5101157407My monthly insurance premium is 7.00 and my drug co-pay tiers are /40 or with a office visit and 20% of hospital or lab bills. *eyes pop out, Flintstones running sound, whirling around head, fall down in shock* Mamma Mia!

I think my insurance costs me about /month....you know...I'm not even sure---my employer pays 75%. Most of that is for my extended insurance.

Office visits are no extra charge.

Oh when I and if I ever get my Remicade... it will cost me co-pay.

I am so ready for hubby to find another job, but... not many around here and he is waiting on me to get a little better before he applies for a job that is over an hour away one way.
