My PCP is absolutely the best Dr. in the world. Iam so fortunate to have him for my Dr.! HE listened, he problem solved with me and he genuinely cared. What a great feeling!

Right now I have got to make the decision and I am still ebbing towards my RD in Indiana. I just cannot move on to a new one, they just don't get it like he does. So my PCP is going to call him and even though it is quite a trip *3 to 4 hours* and I dread the drive, I still would rather go to him cause he has known me since 1991. THat is a long time folks!

*giggle* I told my PCP when he does contact my RD in Indiana, that he may either sigh ( grumble is more likely) or kind of chuckle....just to give him a heads up. My RD is a sweety but we have had our runnins and frankly, I am not so sure that is a bad thing. At least he knows where I stand I know where he stands. It is almost reassuring to me.

It has been really *badbone * weather and I feel pretty yuck, specially this darned sciatic nerve thing going down my right hip and leg.....but Iam still around!!!!!!!!!!!!!

jode

I hope it works out for you, we could all use a great person to help us figure this stuff out.  I hope your pain leaves ya soon, my mother in law has the same problem and it drives her nuts when it acts up.Wow...that's fantastic Jode! I pray I will have the same result with the new RD I am going to in February. My Grandmother was so attached to her PCP as well. She had be seeing him for 20+ years. Keep us posted on how the transition is going.
