Here is the latest version of my spreadsheet.  I print out a few months' worth and bind them into a notebook, and record data every evening before I go to bed. Oh, you are so organized.  Can I copy it?  Or is there some sort of copyright infringement? Will you hunt me down and send the RA police after me?  Jesse8839418.9295601852

tehehehehee... I can see Jasmine enlisting Dog the Bounty Hunter to hunt ya down Jesse. Yep!

Nice spreadsheet. What do ya put in the fields? A number?

Look out, "you-know-who" will be over here screaming about copyright rules, and spamming!

Kelly, you're INSANELY organized. I don't know how you do it. What "recreational" drug do you take?? Feel free to copy, modify, etc. Thanks Jasmine, I love it, i have been going to do one forever and a day, now you have saved me from that task, love Janie.xx That's a great tool to use! What do you put in the fields? How can I modify it? Thanks for sharing this! Love, JuliahHow do I copy it? O.o I've been trying for ages. *sigh* Can you e-mail it as an actual document? You should be able to download it and/or work with it in Google documents; that way you don't actually need to purchase a copy of Excel.  When I get home this evening I'll look into it. Yeah I figured thats what to do, and I tried, but I can't do anything with it. Maybe it's just me?

Hi Jasmine. It looks like a really good tool with which to help track different areas of concern.

I keep a journal, but tend to get a bit too detailed. Your spreadsheet looks like it would be very simple to work with. And you could see at a glance how different symptoms are looking. And with the meds on the same sheet, you would see how well they are working.

I love organization!

Nini39419.4701273148Very cool!  I love the spreadsheet.  I don't know if I have time to fill it out though

Many thanks its fab.

This is great. I keep a sort of medical journal (more or less) on my computer but it does not work well at all and it is really hard to see if there may be connections between meds, stresses and flares. I couldn't access yours but think I will steal the idea and make my own.

Thank you!

Laker
