thanks for all your encouraging and happy posts. Ballet was fun but i feel awfull. Had a good time though, we left and it was snowing! SO pretty. But im hurting different. my joints especially my wrists, toes, ankles, and knees hurt like always but my back is also very bad which like NEVER happens. its mostly lower back to the point that i cant bend down and my shoulders. my back never ever hurts...shoulders do occasionally. AHHHHHH i have the craziest day tomorrow!!!!!! Hang in there....
Hi, LittleM! I'm so happy to hear you had a great time at the ballet! Sorry that you're in pain though. Do you have any muscle relaxers? They might help out with that lower back pain. Get yourself a good nights sleep and hopefully you will feel much better in the morning. Sweet dreams!
i dont have muscle relaxers...used to take flexeril few years back but i dont have them/they didnt help. just took my lyrica though hopefuly going to sleep soon. i have a performance tomorrow...recital, singingGood luck tomorrow, Littlemermaid!
Feel better by tomorrow is what I hope for ya!
Good luck little songbird. Knock 'em dead!Heating pad??? Use it on your back, it might help. *hugs*Hi littlemermaid, sorry to hear you're feeling grim, hope you wake up better today. After a day's Christmas shopping yesterday my 10 year old Becky tried a freezing gel for the first time on one sore and aching knee and ankle as an experiment. It relieved the pain so well after an hour we did the other one just before bedtime. She woke up and skipped down to the pool for our early morning hydrotherapy - she hasn't skipped for weeks. She hurts in all the joints you do, my love - my heart goes out to you. More gel again this morning and she is going to time it at school to see how long the pain relief effect lasts. She can't have Ibuleve (heating gel) because of her Naproxen and the pharmacist recommended a cooling gel instead - just an over the counter one, suitable from 6 years up.
Good luck with you performance tomorrow - you go girl!
Dee
