OT - Beaders, help! | Arthritis Information

Alright ladies.......imagine this scenario....

You start a new pattern that you've never tried before. You know it takes a lot more wire than you're used to, but instead of reading exactly how much it takes, you wing it. Cause you're just like that. You get halfway through the design, and you're out of wire.

Is there a secret for attaching another half? Or am I just ***** and have to start over?

Yeah. I guess so. I just don't know how to hide the joint. Ya know?maybe take a few beads out and do it so the knot is inside a bead

Well it's not *that* flexible. I can't tie it. I've been using crimp tubes and beads to close the ends off. So that's where it gets me. I've heard of people using gule.......but I have NO idea what kind!

This pattern is so hard for me, I reeaallllyyy don't wanna start over. LOL

ok then i have no idea...Katie, I wouldn't trust glue on a nylon coated wire.  I think you're going to have to start over.  Sorry.  I know how frustating it is but the first beading law is you measure how much wire/string/etc. you need.  You can't wing it.  I know I've tried time and time again.  Lindy *sigh* Yeah I figured. big surprise...katie not following the rules
