Morning!! So I came out to work with Justin tonight, ya know, moral support and what nots. Hehe... He did really well! He's sore and a bit slow, but he made it. He works again tomorrow night, and then he's off till next week. Gives him a chance to rest up some more.

Someone needs to smack me though. I came all the way out here with him, and do you think I took my meds with me? Nooooooo. So I'm here with NO tylenol, flexeril, lexapro...Nadda. And yes, I'm due for my Lexapro dose....and flexeril.....and I'm DESPERATE for some pain relief.

WARNING!!! ******** People who are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are shorter than 54" may not read past this point...

Er, I mean.....If you're afraid of the word "sex" or you're politically incorrect-deficient, please just skip this part

So yeah.......we ended our "dry spell" last night...

Now I wait for all the "eeww!!! TMI!!!" remarks! Just kidding, you go for it girl, gotto get it while we can, could be a drought coming any time with RA - ha ha Hell, at least I made you chuckle!

Dont know why anyone should get miffed , its all part of having an illness and definetely RA related

So this is whats on the agenda for today....i have to fill the truck up w/ stuff from the basement and bring it over to the jobsite that DH is going to be on so we can throw it away...ahh the perks of him being in construction

Lisa--I so want to go to New York.  I have never been there.  Look at everything with newbie eyes for me.

I just found out today that my hubby, my kids, and I all have the same days off for Christmas.  And my hubby and I are getting paid vacations.  WooHoo!  From the 21st of December to the 2nd of January--we will do nothing but lounge and do whatever whenever.

And the other good news is....my hubby was entered into a drawing at work (everyone who contributed to the United Way campaign got to enter--about 300 people) and he won.  A 37" LCD HDTV.  Again with the WOOHOO!  You know what that means.....to the kids it is time to move the xbox upstairs to play and to me----I can stop moving the couch closer to the TV so I can see.  It is already a fabulous holiday season for us.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.

Wow that's great!  Good for you and your hubby. :)

Wow, BJW, what a great surprise! I know you will all really enjoy the tv.I got my husband one several months ago, and it is great to be able to hang it on the wall.

Katie, Way to go! After that long, you two can "play" anywhere you please! I'm so glad to hear that Justin is doing so well. You should put a spare day's worth of meds into your purse, just in case you happen to forget them.

Lisa, your trip sounds great! I know you said before, but I forgot how long you'll be in New York? Do you have family/friends there? I hope you have a TERRIFIC time!

I wish you all a happy, "low/no" pain day!

Hi Nini - we will be in New york for 5 days. We have no family there, this is just soomething we have wanted to do for a long time but health reasons stopped us.

Babyjeep- congratulations on the TV. Its amazing what you see with HD.

babyjeep, Congrats on the TV.  The HD flat screens are awesome!  We baught a 20in one for hubby for his sticken xbox 360 and the picture is awesome

apparently hubby does not know how to multi-task at work

Ok I feel like playing my video games tonight. But man... this weather is soo SCREWED UP here since Thanksgiving and it is really messing with my body.

I am ok thru the day, most days, swelling wise, because it is nice and warm out like in the low 70's. Then at night it drops down to low 40's, that is when the swelling begins and the aches & pains get less bearable. I have been taking Darvocet, one a night, to help with my body feeling like it weighs 500lbs. I mean when I have trouble moving the covers while trying to climb into be, I tell hubby to get me a pain pill. Then I am ok for a few hours. Long enough to let me fall asleep anyways.

Yesterday it was 71 degrees and last night it was 43 degrees and then on top of that it RAINED! Hello!? No wonder I did not feel well.

And then today it is ONLY 53 degrees! and tonight is suppose to drop down to 27 degrees with winds! Has been windy all day.

I hate weather!

Meh. So we're selling some toys to help make up some income. We have them listed on craigslist. If anyone wants to buy one, let me know!

They were posted on Nov. 30th.

There is something wrong with my internet. Like every other page or refresh it says it cannot find internet connection and has been doing that to me all day. And it takes FOREVER to download the smallest of pictures.

Darn ATT! The suck donkey balls!

So if you do not hear from me after tonight... it is because of my internet connection is screwed up.

Feels weird to be typing on my laptop. I type a whole lot faster on my laptop than on hubby's computer. Hummm... missed my laptop as I do not care for Windows Vista.

Hi all.  I'm home and recouperating from my operation.  I had to stay in over-night.   The staff were fantastic and the food was even better.  Last night for dinner I had king prawns with lemon-myrtle dressing, chicken, mashed potatoes and actual green crunchy broccoli (not grey mushy and overcooked).  For dessert there was almond crepe with berry compote and a fresh fruit platter.  Breakfast this morning was light fluffy scrambled eggs and with crispy bacon fresh fruit and a blueberry muffin.    I'm booking in there next time I want to have a hospital holiday!

I'm not pain free but there isn't much  just a bit tender 'down there' where the incisions are.  Don't want to move too fast or bend down to put my shoes on.

What with all these new TV's, holidays to New York, and sex you guys seem to be having a great time

Glad you enjoyed your stay pammy. Katie know wonder you forgot your medicine you got other things on your mind. Where is everyone it is martini time?

Milly ~ where have you been girl? I've missed you! And I'll have white wine please.

How have you been? How's the boy friend?

I met my hubby at work. He was an auto glass installer and I was the sexatary, * oops mean secretary*. We will be married 21 years in March. We put up our Christmas tree yesterday and we have this thing about love & Christmas under the tree. tee he hee.

I think this enbrel is working. Take my 2nd shot tomorrow! WOO HOO!

After this surgery I'm starting the dry spell

Well you have been busy Milly! Sorry you're sick but so glad you get out and have fun.

Yea stay away from the wife beater...wouldn't be good to get involved with him, I do hate he may have lung cancer though, that's sad.

How about these two new guys huh? Which one you like best? Pick the one with most money!Boy Milly.  I'm sorry you're having it so rough.  Glad you're back though, we missed you.Sometimes you just gotta cut loose, milly!!!!! Anyway i knew this guy along time and he is sick but he has been in town alot and he hangs out with other girls. He got mad because i got a ride to pick my son up and for going to my dads to take a shower. That is just wrong. So i decided while i am skinny and still have my teeth, to go have a little fun. I met a slightly older gentlemen that is just alot of fun to talk to and a good dancer. And a guy my age that i have known a while i just hang out with a little bit. They both called but i was tired.

Milly... is playing the sick people field

Sorry to hear you are doing so bad, milly. Hope that is the last tooth to be pulled for a while.

Been wondering where ya been, just figured you were not feeling well. I was half right

 Milly you crack me up!

Older men are my type...hubby is 10 yrs older than me.

Hope tomorrow goes well for me. I am hurting really bad in my right knee tonight it feels like it could pop outta place any moment and will not straighten all the way out again. POOEY!

It is this darn weather! It is soo cold outside and inside is not much better. Well... at least to me it is not. I seem to get cold and stay cold now. Probably the Imuran or maybe the pred thinning my skin, who the heck knows? Not me. I am just going with the darn flow.

Oh yeah Joonie your appt is tomorrow. Good luck...wonder what they'll do?

Someone mentioned their anniversary... mine is the 5th. I asked hubby what he was going to get me... you know what he said? An ass whippin. Then he said nothing because it was so close to christmas. I did not pick the month or date of our wedding... so why should I get jipped outta an anniversary present? hehehehehee I am just playing.

We will be married 9 Looooooooooong, hecktic, annoying years. Man that is way to long to be with someone

Happy almost anniversary.  You didn't choose your wedding date??

Be assertive! Make demands! Take a gun!

9 yrs married pfffttt, you still deserve a present.

For the first 3 years I could not remember when our anniversary was. I thought it was the 12th, that was one of the dates they picked out. But then it ended up being the 5th.

I think I have gotten one anniversary present out of the whole 9 years. And that was the year I was preggo with son. I guess hubby did not want me getting upset and ruining my pregnancy by making me in a foul mood. Last time he pissed me off when I was preggo with daughter I made his life a living hell and I was not even married to him at the time.

Talk to ya later

Naughty Night
