Well... It Could Be Worse | Arthritis Information

So, I made up my mind and called hubby at work and told him to pick up my meds from wal-mart. Because I knew if I went and done it I would make them keep some of them on hold until I I felt like we had enough money to cover the co-pay for those meds.

So... he comes in I ask how much, he says guess... I guessed 2.23. He looked at me and said nope, 2.27. He was like good guess.

Yeah my new pain med & allegra-d was the money eaters, but man it would have been hard for me to say.... yeah I will wait on those 2. Hubby he will not he will just pay it and move on.

So... now I have a new pain med that better be worth its ! And I am sure allegra-d will be worth its as it is used to keep me from having an allergic reaction to remicade.

So... it could have been worse. All my meds could have been in the co-pay range. That would have been a HUGE BUMMER!

That sucks Joonie.  I sure hope that pain med works for you.  It better if it costs ...does it tell you how much you saved w/ ins?  I know Walgreens shows you what it would have cost you had you not had ins, I dont remember if Walmart does or not.Like . But on the allegra one I saved jack crap. I paid the full amount. I did save a lot on Minocin, but that was because it was a generic.

Thanks Red!

Oh just realized you joined today. Welcome to the board. Hope to see many more posts from you.

I needed the benedryal to avoid a headache that lasted 24 hours with the remicade infusion for the whole 5 years I was on it.

She said she did not want me to take benedryl as for some reason the allegra, claritin, and zyrtec work best she says. So... I probably should have gone with the claritin. Could have gotten it OTC for a little cheaper.
