Oooh my kids are getting a Nintendo Wii for Christmas. Bought it in September but have had it hidden since then.I want a f***** Wii!!! Honey, I'm got my SO half a Wii and he got me the same, but we hid it
until Christmas. I'm also trying to get Mario Galaxy if I can find the
extra money somewhere.
Ariscolwell, this is the first time I've gotten a gaming platform
before it was obsolete. I usually wait for the "next generation" to
come out so I can pick up the last generation for a song. The way I see
it, it's all new to me, and just as much fun.
Man, I want a PlayStation3. I kinda like the playstation controller better. But now hubby says the PS3 controllers are different than the original ones. I wanted a Nintendo64 until... I saw the controller... at the time it looked a little daunting, but now... I know how to use the darn thing... it is ok. I tend to think new releases of certain things as being daunting to me. Like I REFUSED to get a computer with windowsXP... I LIKED windows98 and then hubby got the computer with WindowsXP and I grew to like it. Now hubby has a new computer with Windows Vista, and I like my laptop better, it has windowsXP. It just takes me a while to "evolve"
Wii... to me seems like a lot of movement. Games look cool, but for now... I will stick with the lay in the bed and play video games deal.
Bet Santa isn't gonna be bringing me one. Must have been naughty this year.
I told hubby of my idea for wrapping daughters Nintendo DS. I told him we were going to put it in a BIG box with it and everything we bought to go with it. That way she did not think it was a Nintendo DS, since I keep telling her she is not getting one since she lost my game, but it was found.
Anyways... she came home with attitude today. I told hubby it looked like Santa might be regifting the Nintendo DS to me for christmas if her attitude does not improve.
Then hubby said he thought it would be really funny to let me get a Nintendo DS for christmas and watch daughter watch me open it and then tell her I got one because I still BELIEVE in Santy Claus unlike her so I got what I wanted

No I was thinking more like an 18X18X18 inch box and wrapped. So she thinks it is something BIG. And then fill it up with tissue paper and newspaper and wal-mart bags LMAO! Make her dig for it.
Oh and I just thought of it! I can put another IOU on the top inside the box for when she opens it it says ... "IOU: 1 - Pink Nintendo DS."
Oh the joy that would be to see her face. We like to mess with people on Christmas. We always do something to annoy or aggravate someone. Like this year... Hubby got one of my niece's name for name gift and I told her we were getting her some under-roos and a bra. And she told me no. But Ya know... I am going to buy her a pair of thongs and mail them to her, but also give her another gift when we are at the get-2-gether.

I want to get back to playing Dot Hack. It is a good role playing game. I am not much into role playing games. I despised Final Fantasy. But when I met Dot Hack... I fell in love with the game. It is a long series of games ... I think it is up to like 6 discs. I only have 5 of them. 2 I have not even opened yet, but had to buy them while I could find them and for a cheap price. At most paid a game.
