Hi, I haven't posted in a really long time its been months.. But Ive been so down about all this I guess I figured if I quit talkin bout it, it would go away....

Wow Linda it sounds like you have my exact same problems, medication, everything just a few years later than I had them. The pain in your groin is from the hip. Those are the same exact pains I had before I had my hip replaced (btw I LOVE my metal). It's a mix of referred pain and also tightness in the joint, ligaments, and muscles because of the lack of movement and therefore stretching in the hip so everything tightens up. If possible I would recommend finding a pool you can go in and move your hip. The pool will let you have greater ROM than you would on land and therefore stretch out that hip and get everything loosened up. Hip circles in a pool worked wonders for me. Good luck!
