HI guys, started off the day not too too bad, took an endone and went out to school mass, felt pain creeping up so took a tramal, started to get very tired, after a couple of errands (all in my scooter though.)
Got home and had a dip in the pool as it is stinking hot here! Bang - hip, neck, feet, wrist, elbow pain, the hip was about a 9 pain factor, the rest about 7, took 2 endone and laid down, hip was excruciatingly painful, took two panadol, by now I am in tears, phoned my GP, said come straight around for injection of tramal, did that, have been told to rest all weekend, hip now about a 7, feel absolutely shattered. Don't know if I should have got up early and went to mass or not, I love Christmas school mass with all the kids singning lovely hymns. Heres hoping the pain minimises, I feel like absolute c--p right now, sorry. Hugs Janie.
PS I just can't believe the amount of effort it takes, it seems less and less all the time to end up in agony!!!!!!!
Just rub it in about it being stinking hot where you are. It is stinking cold here.
I am sorry to hear you are hurting so bad, Janie.
I started out ok this morning and then when dusk hit I was in pain too. I know how you feel. It does stink. I am high on pain meds and muscle relaxers again.

Janie, stay down. I hope the pain eases enough for you to rest. Keep us informed. I hope it gets better. I guess I would have done the same thing...actually I did(minus the pool). I worked and worked until I was shattered. Now I am up with a MTX tummy!Bummer.... it all seems so random. I hope you feel better soon.Ah, Janie. Poor love. You just can't seem to get to a place where things are settled for you at the moment.
