hi to all im new to this forum im 33 with rhumatic artritis 7years

i was using mtx weakly butt last one year i had not used mtx now im pregnant accidently what can i do is there any tthret to child with mtx plz response me im very upset thanks

Notify your doctor right away and ask for his/her advice.

The prescribing information recommends waiting 1 cycle (1 month) since your last dose of methotrexate before becoming pregnant.  I'm not sure I understand your post correctly, but I think you're saying you haven't used methotrexate since last year.  If that is the case, then you and the baby will probably be fine. Definitely call your doctors as soon as you can. MTX is one of the worst drugs to be on when you are pregnant because it is also used as a chemo drug and has been known to frequently cause at least birth defects if not a miscarriage.  Red84039425.929525463
