Ok... so it dawned on me this morning... that my hip pain went away after my pred kicked in in the morning time. It kicked it about an hour ago, and my hip is soo much better, and not swelled or even painful or even limited ROM.
So... I am going to up my pred for a few days until the 13th. Then see if the Remicade will help with the swelling, but while I am there for the infusion I am going to ask about upping my pred or getting a pred pak to help me over this flare.
I so do not want to take pain meds like I have been. So... my only solution until a med other than pred kicks in to snuff out the pain & swelling in the right hip/thigh/tailbone area.
