Levlarry you have been busy. Thanks for all of your hard work.Hey when I was a kid, a doctor told my mom ketchup had too much sugar in it for me as it made me hyper and talkative. I hate ketchup to this day. I never liked ketchup.  Or peanut butter and jelly.EWWW!!!! PB & J!!! Nasty!!! I can eat PB but not the J.... to slimey feeling. Linncn, are you sure you're American?  You do like apple pie don't you? YES!!!  I love apple pie.  Good, you had me worried with the not liking ketchup or peanut butter line.   I do not like apple pie.

EVERYTHING

It's soooooooo good!

Ps I also make my own jams so I can lesen the amount of sugar I use.

I make my own jams too.

RADIO JAMS!!!

Wakka wakka wakka...

Man that was bad.....

And Shannon, yes, yes I do. lol

mmm a tomato sammich w/ salt n pepper sounds YUMMMywell.  so much for my theory. When you put ketchup on stuff, all you can taste is ketchup.  whats the point?

Well.......if I had to pick between tomatos and ketchup, I'd take tomatos. And if there's mayo and ketchup, I get mayo. See, I put mayo on everything too...

arriscolwell39427.8417592593I NEVER use mayo.  You might as well spread some crisco on your food.  Do you know how bad it is for you????Yeah but its fricking good. LOLYour arteries don't think it's good.  they're wondering what they ever did to you for you to go clog them all up that way.HA!!!  Now you know what it's like to have to eat with me.  Do you like it??

LMAO Well, you'd kill me.

I eat saying things like "mmmmm FEEL THE CLOG!!!"

Although, I have to do the no cheese too. :( Makes me sad!

Why do you have to??  Skip the cheese, I meanLactose, baby. It's some nasty stuff! Oh well I love it all, ketchup not so much...mayo is my dipping sauce...yummy! May be why I gained 30lbs in less than two years.

What are ya fixing for Christmas dinner? I'm thinking about prime rib as a change. I've never cooked one though, has anyone around here?

Alright ladies!!

Homeward bound for me!! :)

Laters!!!!

Be careful Katybug! Oh and glad Justin's feeling better!

Milly, I'm really excited to meet her.  Alex says we have a lot in common and he says I will love her.

Mo~ we always have cornished hens on Christmas Eve.  Hve since I was a little girl, and we always eat by candle light on the good china.  Carried it on with my kids and it's something we all look forward to.  Not cuz cornished hens are so wonderful, but just cuz we always do it.

Christmas dinner my whole fam comes over and we just do finger foods.  Everyone brings two kinds and I provide dessert.

You probably should post a thread on how to make prime rib. Did any of you read any of the articles in Levs list? I'm just shocked that 5
pages went down without so much as a mention of the articles.

I have my issues with Lev but....what has happened over the past five pages
is to say the least, disrespectful to anyone that spent a lot of time gathering
info for people to read that does relate to our RA.

The last article on the 1st page talks about mortality. It is interesting and is
a question that comes up alot. You may all want to read it.

Sorry about being a party pooper guys, but you have been disrespectful.

Milly I've never made prime rib...I think Jasmine is the one who made it for Thanksgiving.

I love instant mashed potatoes too...hubby hates them

Cornish hens are good Link, I have good china but never take it out of the hutch..too much trouble.

Lori~ Yeah I did read a couple of the articles.

Linncn39427.9273032407What this article is saying is that really no progress has been made since
1955 in improving longevity in RA sufferers. So basically, our lives are cut
short by this disease. And it does not sound like it is going to change. This
is very depressing to me.

I haven't had time to read the articles..I may or may not. Just wanted to rest and chat a few minutes. And actually Milly thanked Lev for all his hard work, Joonie also made a comment about it.

Lori I just don't think there's any pleasing you sometimes.

No disrespect intended. I was serious about the post thanking Lev for all of the hard work. I meant it. We are just easily distracted women trying to cheer each other up. No one should ever take that as an insult. We get off topic alot, sorry.Sorry...didn't mean to be disrespectful. I did read some of the articles. Thanks Lev.  Yeah, someone posted somethng like that before.  That even though the rest of the population's life span was getting longer, not for us RA people.  I figure I'm gonna die when God wants me to die, so I don't worry about it.  Their are many people who don't even get the 44 years I've had, so I'm thankful for what I have.

I believe that too Link...we all have our appointment...

Well good night I'm tired and going to bed.

Sorry I yelled at ya Lori...posted before I thought. Sorry I was rude.
I eat saying things like..."no dressing, just a little salt and pepper". or "No, no cheese".  "i'll just have a diet coke"
I've always been a "no condiment" fan myself.  No butter, mayonnaise, ketchup, salt... maybe pepper or mustard.  The only thing I like butter on is mashed potatoes, and I eat those like 4 times a year.

I am a mustard girl. No ketchup, mayo, or even rellish.

Link... was trying to prolong katies life... by stating she was clogging her artries with mayo. That is like me giving my older brother an added day or 2 to his life for drinking his martini at Ruby Tuesdays.

I am sorry Lori... I was just stating ketchup use to make me hyper when I was a kid. Might have something to do with RA, never know.

Lev, did post some good articles. Grant it I did not read them... save all my reading time for catching up with my friends, but I am sure many will get good use outta them like you just have.
