someone sent me a private post being rude today, their ID never posted in this forum so i thought i would make things clear.
I take ultram for pain when needed.
I take prednisone and meloxicam daily since i have tried other pill treatments that did not work, they made me sick.
I am waiting to hear from a company that provides financial assistance from hemira to see if it get it. My doctor didn't sign the papers but she finally did last week so i am waiting.
I take probiotics like others here and it has helped my RA. It may for some, it may not for others.
Every drug works different, some people can use this when they can't use that. Not one RA patient is the same.
I just wanted to make this clear since it seems attackers of my past want to start it all up again.

Oh, i am also on paxil starting today for social anxiety disorder.

Bubba, I am so sorry that someone is trying to give you grief.
We all take the meds we have to so we can survive this whole thing in hopes that the biologics and other stuff finally gets working. Some of us have real drug concerns and some really stinky allergies. I would hate to think that someone would judge you for anything that you have said on this forum.

Well do not worry about nasty people who ever they are. You have freinds. You have helped me emotionally for the past few days and been of great help as a friend. I appreciate you and am glad you are getting some relief. You have been sick and wanted to share that something was working. I for one appreciate it. I fear that when i get off the antibiotic i will have trouble with my RA drugs. I hope not but my history would say otherwise. So thank you for sharing what is working for you. And keep getting better.I am sorry, bubbagump. People just seem to have nothing better to do with their time on this board, but cause trouble and down everyone for something or other.
I hope you stick around and not let them run you off.
Hi Bubba, we are all sick and that is why we come here, unfortunately there are some who are more than physically sick and we need to ignore them if they can't be nice. However as much as it's hard to believe that a human being can be so mean and nasty, on this board it has been proven time and time again, just know that you have many friends here who care about you and at the end of the day its probably jealousy about you being so popular that irks this person. That is a shame. You know as a person that was around when all hell broke out on another board, I know you got defensive when I asked for clarification. But we won't start that up again:)

You NEVER have to make excuses for being ill or for taking prescibed medicaiton..
You NEVER owe an explanation to anyone as to why you are sick, what disease or diseases you have nor for any of the medications your Physician prescribes..
With that stated, the coward that wrote you is just being rude...you could always post the comment on the board to reveal what they wrote.

It's very scarry when you are sick and especially when you can't put a trigger on the odd things. Especially when your doctors sit there and say "ummmm I don't know, but your sed rate is through the roof".
I am very thankful that this board is filled with kind people. I read new people posts and feel horrible whenever i see a new one. Nobody should be this sick and there are thousands upon thousands out there, many who dont' know what is wrong with them.

Since I've been dealing with increased tinnitus issues off and on, I've started frequenting a tinnitus support forum. It's moderated and I can't tell you how relaxing (odd word, I know, but it's how I feel) it is to read a board where I know it's going to be pleasant and that unkind, disruptive posts will be immediately removed, along with the offending party. It really makes a difference. There's a calm, polite tone to the whole board. It's so sad that we don't have a moderator here, but the wonderful people who largely outnumber the stinkers makes it worth hanging around, at least for me.
