What is going on when you have all these snaps,pops and cracks in your joints?I am starting sound like a bowl of cereal.I am popping in places new everyday.I am thinking...gee that doesn't sound too good, can't be a good sign.
Sheila Sheila, I can't answer your question, I am a newbie, but I can relate! My joints crack and pop all the time now!! Especially when I move around after being still for a while. And sometimes I will get a almost sharp pain around a joint (elbow or knee) and then after it pops it feels better-that is weird!!
