Just curious if the people on Enbrel stop taking it when they get an infection? Any opinions? Do we need to stop while on antibiotics?

I started enbrel about a month ago and had wonderful results. I developed a ear infection and was put on antibiotics for 10 days and had to go off. I am about a week into antibiotics and can't wait to get off them and back on the enbrel. I really made a difference in my stiffness and fatique.

Yes, you do have to stop taking Enbrel while on antibiotics and fighting an infection. Taking Enbrel while sick can turn a minor infection into a serious (or deadly) one.
