Neat Christmas Gift for hurting feet | Arthritis Information

 

One of my sister in laws gave me a pair of bootie/slippers.  They were bought from Penneys. Called Warm & Cool Comfort Slippers, with herbal aromatherapy.  The bottom has a pocket.  You take out the herbal insert and either heat in micro or put in freezer, depending on your need.  I was so cold tonight and used them with heat.  Brand name is Sarah Peyton.

I warm my inserts in the microwave and they have a lovely lavender smell. I havent tried the cooling inserts yet as its been too coldI got those exact slippers. Mine came in a 3 pack with an eye mask and a
wrap. They are great. The only downside is that my cats seem to get very
excited by the herbs. They tend to want to attack them-like a cat toy. So
they are stored in a drawer.

Gotta love the cats.
