Its almost 2008 in the states!!!  Plans changed a bit for us.  My friend from hs that was soposed to come down today got in a car accident the other day and wont be coming down, so we are going up to her house today instead!  Dont have much planned besides that.  Gonna do a load of laundry or two.

Hope everyone has a safe new years eve!

Honey, be careful.  You are still hurting and doing a lot is not going to help much.  Have a great time at your friends, and just watch movies etc.

Happy almost New Year!  I don't have any sort of plans, but I know things can change with MIL around.  I am going to try to stay out of the way.

I hope all of you have a wonderful day and night.

Shelly, Yea we wont be doing much, neither one of us is in the position health wise to do much of anything.  We'll prolly just play games, watch movies, catch up (we havent seen eachother since 2000 sometime), oh and eat!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!I want to add to the Happy New Year by saying I hope all is well with
everyone.

We are all sitting here at home on the horridly cold day. It is about 20
degrees but the wind is blowing which makes it incredibly cold here. The
house is an absolute disaster from 11 people being here for 10 days, dirty
clothes, presents, stuff...everywhere. Dirty toilets, floors, unmade
beds....and we are having the time of our lives. There is more to life than
a clean house I'm finding.

I am putting on a 15 lb roast beef and adding potatoes and gravy, green
beans, salad, rolls and birthday cake for our 7 year old granddaughter
along with apple crisp and ice cream. Hope you all have a great time
tonight!!

Everyone's plans sound great! We always stay home on New Year's Eve. Just celebrate with the two of us. If we're really tired, we watch the ball drop in New York (9:00 pm, our time

My Sweetie says that New Year's Eve partying is for "amatuers". We "pros" stay home, where it's safe

Everyone have a very Happy New Year!!! May we all be blessed with peace, health, and  happiness in 2008!

New Year Hugs to All!

Nini

Yea I wouldnt go out anywhere tonight (bar, Times Square etc) if you paid me any amount of money....I have started to have very little patience for stupid people

So plans changed for us.....we arent going up to my friends, we are soposed to get alot of snow tonight and it has already been snowing for at least 2 hrs or so...YUCK so we're staying around the house.  But the meatballs I "made" are yummy!!! I keep sneaking some

Hope everyone has a superfantastic and extra comfortable evening.

I really believe that the spirits of our loved ones who are gone, have little ways of showing us that they are watching over us and are still with us.

I'm glad you're staying home tonight. With snow like that, I would hate to see you go out among all the "crazies" that are out and about on New Year's Eve.

Be well and have a wonderful New Year with your family!

Hugs, Nini
