New article breaking down prevelance of the various types of arthritis

That was interesting.  I always thought Fibromyalgia was more rare than RA.  Boy was I wrong.I can attest---fibro sucks!!      I think I hate it more then my arthritis.
I hope they do more research on this disease.1.3 million people with RA in a population of 300 million seems pretty low. I
thought the prevalence was 1 in 100, which would be more like 3 million.
I've seen other "official" statistics which put the number at about 2.3 million,
but maybe they're including people with JRA and polymyalgia rheumatica.
