I started taking 1000 mcg of biotin as soon as I started mtx 4 months ago. I wasn't noticing any hair loss until lately. Does anyone know how much to take? I found a bottle of high potency 5000mcg today.
I started taking 5 mg pills (same as 5,000 mcg) about three weeks ago and have had great success. I couldn't believe how well it worked.
