Hi, I am new to this.
I have been having a lot of, what feels like swelling and discomfort in my heart/chest area at night when my swelling increases. Has anyone else had that? If so, do you know why?
Also, I am newly on Orencia. I like it, although I continue to slip backwards at times so I am still crossing my fingers. Enbrel brought out strong MS symptoms and I am still nervous about that. I continue to get strong numbing but am much more coordinated than I was on Enbrel. Humira did not do that to me but it just stopped working after a few months.

im on humira ive been having chest problems for 2 years they keep giving me painkillers they tell me its costerconderits it will go so they say well......is this swelling or hurt burn???? Have you talked to your doctor about the symptoms? It could be a side-effect of the medicine or it could be something else. He might even have a simple treatment for it. Anyone, anyone having suspected heart issues needs to see a doctor or go to the ER! Better safe than sorry! I was having a weird sensation in my chest when I would bend over to pick something off of the floor, or was stressed or would lay down. I see a cardiologist annually for a check-up, (as I believe anyone with RA should) so I gave him a call and went for an appointment. I ended up having an Aortic Valve replacement, AVR. I shudder to thing what would have happened if I hadn't listened to my body and my instincts that something was amiss!
If you feel pain from a chest, go to diagnosis. If x-ray result show, whether the lymph node enlarge or not. If it occurs then take medications and node reduce gradually.
