I had always understood the definition of "seronegative RA" to mean that your rheumatoid factor was negative. But I am wondering if your other related labs are above normal, if that actually means you're seropositive because some blood work does confirm disease. Anyone know for sure how it is defined?seronegative refers only to the rheumatoid factor
