Yes, there CAN be some pain/discomfort with these injections. My recent experience was a 7 or 8 hour delay from the time of injections to the onset of a HARD, SOLID AChE in the joints, lasting for ~ 3 days... however this faded out, and the overall relief from the normal sharp piercing stabs has been quite significant and substantial. Bear in mind that not all people run into into this; my first injections back in 2000 did not provide any such difficulty....I would definitely recommend trying these...
