This never happened to me before....most of the day yesterday I had a pain in my foot in a spot that made me think it was the beginning of a flare. The pain got worse as the evening progressed and I woke up around 130 am with my foot swollen and very painful. I took some ibu, went back to sleep (after about an hour. My sis happened to be awake and sent me a text so I called her and we chatted for a while) and when I woke up at 5, the swelling was down, the pain had faded and now it feels like it did during the day yesterday. Hurts to move it in certain ways but I can walk.
Nope, not wierd at all. At least for me it is not.
That is how some of my joints do. Especially if I use it more than normal, or it just wants to be a PITA. I know what does Pita Bread have to do with RA...
Hopefully tonight it will not act up.

Ive just never had swelling come and go that quickly. If I swell up, it sticks around for at least a few days.
It only does it after I have took my meds. Maybe just used your foot to much or in a different way. Well, I did move up on the incline scale of my treadmill yesterday. Maybe that was enought to set it off. Anyhow, I think i should skip the mill today just in case. Maybe I'll just give it a try and see how my foot feels, if it feels ok I guess theirs no harm.Could be it!
