OT: HELP Kitty cat has runny Poo! | Arthritis Information

Abi Kitty has had runny poo all day. I did not notice it until son had kitty poo on the sleeve of his sweatshirt and told us Abi pooped on him again.

Last night hubby gave her a little piece of pot roast last night. Last night is about the same time she had PPPEEEEEWWWW farts. And she has had it all day. She has been farting on me all day.

What can we do to stop her runny poop?

If she keeps it up... I might boot her to outside. I cannot bend over to clean up poop everywhere. I already have a hard time cleaning her litter box.

joonie39469.87125OMG!!! I am laughing SOOOO HARD at this post... I am almost in tears.

Hey! that is what we had for dinner! No REALLY!

Hummm... I hope it clears up soon. Hubby discovered she got some poo on our bed, and well... he is not a happy camper.

She weights about 6 pounds. She is a heffer.

We have her locked in the kitchen, where she can have access to her litter box. She is sleeping in the dirty clothes right now.

She has been sneezing too.

Oh and she might be sick from where she drinks outta the shower and hubby cleaned the shower last night, so she might have gotten some of the shower cleaner when she drank outta the shower. We try to stop her from doing that, but... the kids will leave the bathroom door open.

Oh and the other day I caughter her drinking outta the toilet. We have blue water.

Marisa OMg that made me giggle your cat is allergic to fish?  That just makes me giggle a bit cause well cats are soposed to like fish LOL

Hope kitty is feeling better Joonie and you may want to reconsider putting stuff in the toilet for it to have the chemicles in it all the time

It's very possible that what she ate is making her sick.  One of my dogs has such a sensitive system that she passes gas all day and if she eats anything that isn't her dog food or favorite treat, she either poos like that too or throws up.

My dog can't eat anything but natural food, she got sick when I did which we think is so funny :)  But keeping her eating right and out of the leftovers helps keep her healthy.

Well... I only caught her drinking outta the toilet once. Because son left the door cracked and it looked closed and well... it was not apparently.

I did not know hubby cleaned the shower until later that night when I noticed it was a little cleaner. She gets in the bathroom one way or the other. We have tried to keep her outta there since she likes drinking the water on the bottom of the shower. We knew the soapy water was not good for her, but she kept slipping in there when someone would go take a shower or go to the bathroom.

I have given her clean fresh water, and even bottled water to keep her from going to the shower to drink, but nope she was not having that. I mean she could watch me rinse out her bowl, and put fresh water in it and set it down and she would sniff it and then walk away. Then I would find her in the shower drinking the water.

It is kinda hard to keep the cat outta the bathroom. I mean my son who I just got potty trained goes in there every 20 mins just to sit on the toilet so he can wash his hands or con me into letting him take 2 showers in one day.

I am thinking I might let her outside tomorrow for a little bit. Because she kept going to the deck door and meowing. So... maybe there is something she wants outside that will make her better. Like grass?

Will not hurt... she keeps trying to go outside in the mornings when me and daughter go out on the proch to wait for the bus. So... maybe while we are out waiting for the bus, I will let her outside and before daughter leaves she can catch the cat and bring her back in the house.

My husband gave my dog prime rib and that happened.  She had to go to the vet and get antibiotics.  Animals have different systems and people food are  not good for them.

Perhaps you could put your kitty bowl with water in the shower??  She likes going in there anyway????
