My doctor ordered a radioallergosorbent test (RAST). Does anyone know if the RAST test would help me in determining which foods trigger my flare-ups?
I don't want to spend money on it if it's useless.

interesting. I have never heard of this test, but I guess it would be good to know if some foods cause your RA pain to be worse. I guess it depends on the affordability of it. If insurance paid for it, I think I would do it because I would like to know, however, I don't think I would be able to give up everything that caused flares - like chocolate (preferably godiva lol).
