I totally ganked a recipe from a co-worker, and am sharing it here.
Beef Strog-an-off! (I have no idea how to spell it....)
Cook 2lbs ground beef, with a dash of seasoned salt and garlic powder.
Add:
mushrooms (canned, fresh, whatever)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8oz tub of sour cream.
Mix and heat, serve over noodles.
I swear, it only takes like....30 mins. Soooo super easy!
