left over warmed up spaghetti is one of the BEST things???

No.  I like it cold

So, YES! LOL

For lunch I'm having left over beef strog-an-off!

Mmmmm

I kind of like it cold lolHow do you heat it up?  My husband loves to saute it in a frying pan.  He thinks it's the best thing since white bread.  I like to add some more sauce and put it in the microwave.  The microwave is my friend....

Yeah Katie, no cracks about me and normal

Link, it's probably whatever gives us RA.......haha

Yeah, one of these days Lev is going to post an article about the link between RA and leftovers!

If you'd left out the "furry" part it wouldn't have been that gross...LOL

If I cook too much spaghetti noodles, I cut them up into bit sized pieces, add Italian dressing, and thrown in any onion, peppers, the kitchen sink, etc. and made a cold salad.  Let it sit over night and it's fantastic.

You can NEVER have "too much spaghetti noodles" LOL

I just dump some butter in and eat 'em like that! I know, TERRIBLY healthy, right? [QUOTE=arriscolwell]

I just dump some butter in and eat 'em like that! I know, TERRIBLY healthy, right? Rachel loves when I cook extra noodles  and put them in the frig I have been showing her how to put garlic powder, milk, or sour cream cheese etc in  with them, nuke them and eat them she loves to do that. meme39473.8223958333

We love leftover pastas and spaghetti, but I can't eat it cold. Blech! Now my son eats everything cold... pizza, lasagna, chicken, spaghetti, any leftover meats...for breakfast too. Makes me queasy to think out it.

Link I think it's better the next day because the flavors and spices have melted together longer, Just my theory.

son likes spaghetti sandwiches.  Nuke it, put it on buttered plain white bread..

I like it nice and hot. I chop it a little, and add a lot of cheese like mozzerella or meunster or  a mix of whatever cheese I have in the fridge.. and bake the whole thing for a half  hour or so.. ooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhh so good

Mo, are you sure about that?  Cause I think it has something to do with elves.I'm voting on the elves theory.
Spaghetti Pie

6 oz Spaghetti
2 x  Eggs, beaten
1/4 c  Parmesan Cheese, grated
3 tb Butter
1 c  Onion, chopped
12 oz Sour Cream
1 lb Italian Sausage
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
12 oz Tomato Sauce
4 tb Italian Seasoning

Break spaghetti in half.  Cook in boiling salted water until done.  Drain. While spaghetti is slightly warm, combine spaghetti with eggs and parmesan. Pour into a well greased 10" pie plate and pat mixture up and around sides with a spoon. Melt butter; add chopped onion and 2 tablespoons of the Italian Seasoning. Saute until limp; stir in sour cream and spoon over spaghetti. Remove sausage from casings; crumble and cook in skillet until done. Sausage should be in fine pieces. Drain; add tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons of Italian Seasoning. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Spoon sausage on top of sour cream mixture. Arrange grated Mozzarella over sausage mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This freezes well before baking and after baking.

watchingwolf39474.7389814815WW that sounds soooo good.  Might have to try it when my husband gets off the Atkins diet. [QUOTE=moana]
