Saw this movie last night.   Excellent!!What's it about Lori?Lori,

My daughters (17 & 13) want us to have 'girls day' and go see it this weekend.  Is there anything too over the top for a 13 yo?
Andrea
That movie was one of the funniest I have ever seen.

As for taking a 13yr. old. I don't know. It centers around a teen pregnancy-depends on how you adress this issue with your child. I did see one mom walk out with her 3 girls but the oldest looked maybe 10.Thanks, Rebecca.  I have always been very willing to discuss this issue with all of my children.  In fact, any issue that I can think of we talk about.  I want my children to be well informed and be able to make good decisions.  I have never told them that they can not have sex before they are married.  I lived with my husband (their daddy) before we got married so I was pretty sure that the argument of 'but you and dad did' would arise.  What we do say to them is you can not have sex until you are ready to handle ALL of the possible consequences...STD's, pregnancy and the decisions associated with that,  support of a child, and even the ultimate consequence of death.  AIDS is not something that I had to worry about as a teen, but mine do.
Okay, I didn't mean to hijack the post.  I think that I will take them to see it and then we can always talk about it later.
Thanks.
Andrea
