Several people have asked me to share some of the music from the orchestra I play with in San Francisco...mandolins and other plucked instruments. Here's a selection from our November 2007 concert...russian composers.

Alan, I can imagine you burning incense and relaxing to the romance one and the Katiusha one sounds like something out of Dr Zhivago. They're great, it must be lovely to be able to play an instrument that sounds so soulful.Just listening to the first one now - how beautiful! Thanks so much for posting these.
