hey everyone,
feeling a little nervous tonight, got a call from Alexis' ped today and wasn't home to talk to him. he left a message saying that her iron levels are still low, and her hemoglobins had dropped again. not sure what all that means in the long run, she was having a bad day again today(cool and damp here!);got off nights at 7:00am and went home and we both cuddled up in bed and she slept with me till 10:00am(hasn't done that in a while)maybe that is her way of telling me that she is feeling really bad, i wish she could tell me more of what hurts her. i have a feeling that we are going back to the hospital for another week long stay(praying not!)

tanya jDon't make assumptions Tanya. It is best to think positive and enjoy the cuddling. When do you get to talk to the ped? I hope Alexis is better tomorrow and you can share some good news with us. Poor baby.I know your heart is just breaking in two.I have 2 daughters with medical problems too.
How is Alexis feeling today?BTW I love her name.Did the ped. help any?
I am just so sorry for you and your baby girl.I remember when my Carrie(she is 14 now) was that little and I could always tell when something was wrong.Same really with both girls.Sometimes all they want is to cuddle with mama,I am glad she has a loving and caring mama to hold her.
