I havent had a site reaction with my enbrel until now. I have the injections in my tummy, the one I had 2 weeks ago didnt hurt or sting but its now gone red and spotty, the one I had friday has come up like a huge , red hard lump that hurts when I move or even if my clothes touch it. It also seems to have a pulse..................Is this normal???Doesn't sound normal to me! I would try to contact your rheumy and if you can't speak to them soon, maybe try calling the enbrel hotline to see what they say. My site reactions sound similar, only much less severe. Instead of pain, mine was itchy, it was raised, but not a giant hard lump. Maybe a quick call to the doc, or at least the enbrel hotline would be a good idea.Hey, Lisa! I had a lump on my thigh after one of my Enbrel injections. It was hard, hot and raised. I called the RD and the nurse told me to come on in. Turns out I probably injected a blood vessel? It didn't hurt though...
