Anybody usea Mouse a lot ( work etc ). I've noticed the RA in my Thumb seems worse over the last few months. Coincidence?probably not a coincidence. do you use a mouse where your thumb is extended a lot. I found that changing my hand position helped. Of course my wrist is fused so that doesn't really come into play. but I tend to move the mouse from the pinkie side not the thumb and I let the thumb rest on top. My hand is small so this works for me.

I have a few different mice, with different shapes. I also have a trackball. I switch off between all these items and also switch which hand I use. I am left-handed, but use either hand to use the mouse.
I have a small mouse, that is cordless. It doesn't bother my hand at all, but my shoulder and elbow get tired when using the computer/mouse too long.I just started back using a mouse again, because I am using hubby's computer. Before I was on my laptop and no mouse, just the touch pad to move the cursor and all.
