They are freezing! | Arthritis Information

My fingers on my hands are getting cold cold cold again! I had a few days off of my fingers not getting like frost bit, but today... the temp went down outside and now my fingers are soo COLD!

Oh and I remember someone posted about this and it had pics. Well, I never paid that much attention to my fingers and how they looked until I saw that pic. Mine do turn white, but not complete white, still a little pink in there, and they shrivel up a little too.

I need something to stop my fingers from being so COLD! Even when I use the heating pad to warm them up, which burns like all get out, they are cold again as soon as they are not under the heating pad.
Joonie, could it be Raynaud's that some of our member's have? I really hope you just have poor circulation, girl. You might want to mention it to your doc next visit.

I found this pic on photobucket:

You need one of these: a reusable heart handwarmer.

I have Raynauds, it's painful when my fingers/toes get cold.  My fingers turn a dark purple, very dark and stay that way for a bit, and then they'll go white, back to pink.  Talk to your doctor.I also have Raynauds. I try and keep my hands warm before the symptoms start but It really sucks when it happens
