Today I woke up having real bad pain in my feet ,ankles.going up to my knee's . I am having a sensation of needle's in my feet. It hurts so bad. My insurance company denied the Rimcaid so my Dr. is going to go with th Enbreil. I went to get themed. yesterday so they could show me how to use the pin. Pharmacy said the Inurance won't cover it after they said they would. got to my doc. told him. He called them and now thy say they won't cover it unless I do mail order. You know thi has been going on for so long. All I can do is cry. They said they will put a rush on it. It suppose to be here today , guess what more insurance problems, now they say it will be here tommrow.Oh no apeanut. That's terrible. I sure hope you feel better tomorrow and get your meds too. Insurance companies sure can suck at times.
I am so sorry to hear what you are going through...I will keep my fingers crossed that it does arrive tomorrow and you will get some relief soon.
a-nut, so sorry to hear you're not well. I get my enbrel by mail and never have any problem. Hopefully once the insurance gets straightened out thing will go smoothly for you. Feel better soon.
Did you tell your doc about your pain? Are you able to take Pred? Maybe that will help while are the insurance red-tape gets sorted through. I wonder if they can put a rush order on it and overnight the med. I really hope you get some relief soon. Get yourself some rest and also try an Epsom salt bath before you go to sleep tonight to relax. Wishing you a good night's sleep and sending gentle hugs. bunch of jerks those ins. companies. For me, it took about 3mos or so to kick in before I really noticed a difference. Everyone reacts to meds differently though. Do you have anything else you're taking to help with the pain? I'm so sorry you're having to go through this.
Hugs,I am sorry, a-nut. I know what you are going thru with the insurance company. I had to change over to mail order for the Humira, otherwise I would have had to pay 0 at the time, instead of . It sucked. But it is nice to have mail order. You never have to remember to order refills and they always call you to reorder. And if you are like me... always home to receive it when it is to arrive.
Hope are you doing better with the pain in your feet, ankles and knees, now.Good luck with the enbrel!
