Merck made to pay huge fine due to questionable and illegal business practices which totally ripped off the American taxpayer:

Yeah, that fine will really show them. They're still laughing all the
way to the bank and the fine is being passed on to consumers (ie: US).
So the PEOPLE have been screwed TWICE and the criminals eat lobster
salad. I think to be really effective this fine should come out
of the perpertrators pockets. Seems obvious, but maybe only to me.
Turns your stomach, doesn't it.
