Can you tell me how your Raynauds began?

My hands get so cold then afterwards they are all red and itchy and sore and inflamed and swollen.. whats going on?

Raynauds will turn your ice cold hands and feet "ghost white" or purple. Not sure about what you are descibing is also Raynauds.

When my hands get cold, a few of my fingertips (about an inch and a half) turn white and become numb. They stay that way until I warm them up and then they turn reddish/purple then the feeling comes back.

They've not been itchy, but I'm not sure...some people may have that?

Definitely let your doctor know.
