Overwhelming fatigue! | Arthritis Information

I don't know if I'm coming down with something, or starting a flare, or am just getting old and lazy [QUOTE=JasmineRain]I've not been doing anything out of the ordinary... in fact, I've been taking it kinda easy lately.

Grrrrr....

Maybe that's the problem? Try taking a long walk or going for a big swim. You will feel more tired later, but tomorrow...
Yea, there's like 10000 feet of snow here, so it's kinda hard to walk outside (I'm very clumsy even on a bright summer day!!!)... and I can't get to the gym until possibly Friday.  Traffic in chicagoland is still all messed up due to our inability to think ahead and purchase more salt when we're running low in December... I'm spending 2 extra hours per day in the car!!!! Jasmine, I sometimes feel really (sleepy) tired for no obvious reason and would go with what Gimpy says except I'm too darned tired to lift a finger. Fortunately, I'm not like it too often so really feel for folks with ME.It's probably just the midwinter slump (we have sunshine today for the first time this month!!!!), but I'm a bit concerned because the last two times I've had a flare, this is how it started out. If you're like me, all you have to do is make an appointment in order to get better.  Hope you get your enegy back soon.  Comes in handy with two little boys.I think you already nailed the cause, but didn't realize it:

If that doesn't wear you out, nothing will. KIWM????
You're working? and yes agree w/ katie, 2 xtra hrs of anything..

umm I don't work, and i'm constantly fatigued,  its a huge drag and there are many times, just walking a bit in the house HUrts, ya know?

sigh, its just part of the RA stuff...acceptance and REST :)
find a good book or good movie
Cookies Fortune is a hilarious movie :)
I have been extremely exhausted the past week and yet I have done nothing that I dont normally do. But when I am too tired to even wash a few dishes I know something is wrong. Usually at that time of month I am worse as my iron levels drop dramatically. [QUOTE=arriscolwell]I think you already nailed the cause, but didn't realize it:
