For some reason weds nights have been my official migraine night. I dont do the same things or eat the same things..I am sure it is just conincidence. I just really am sick of these headaches. I need to go the rd for an update and a refill on my Humira..and now I guess I need to go seee a doc about the headaches too. nothing I take seems to get rid of them. I am laying here with an ice pack on my forehead and drinking a coke hoping the caffine may help.

Here is a question, do you think that stress can have physical side effects even when you arent thinking about all the things going wrong in your life?Personally I think stress can affect us more then we realize, so I would say that yes, I think stress can have physical side effects.  Even when we consiously aren't thinking about something, somewhere in the back of our brain, it is still there.  Don't know, that's just what I think...not sure if it has any medical value, just my thoughts.  Here is to a headache free wednesday next week.  :)Hi Crunchy, yes definitely, stress can affect you even when you think your not stressed.  I find I am getting terrible headaches with the MTX, have you been on it long or changed doses perhaps?  Also we are having lots of stormy weather and that gives me headaches too!!!!  I really hope you find an answer and that its not a regular occurrence.  Regards Janie.
I agree that stress can cause physical symptoms, especially when we're not thinking about it.  But it is curious about the Wednesday thing.  Do you think it is related to when you take your meds?  Are you working still...maybe it has something to do with your works schedule? oh I could go on and on about migraines.
what are you doing every wednesday that may be triggereing the migraines? are you going someplace noisy or smoky? are you eating something different?  do you know your triggers? it took me a while to figure mine out.
if you want to talk more pm me.. Ive got 45+ years of migraine experience.
