It's sooooo cold here that when you're walking outside the snow sounds like dishes breaking into zillions of little pieces. My grandma used to say, "it's cold enough to freeze the b----s off a billy goat.
Seems like the weather everywhere needs a good strong dose of some kind of relaxant!!
Feel soooooo sorry for those individuals having to work outside in weather like this. When our trash collectors came by today I took both of them each a container of hot chocolate with a dollop of marshmallow creme on the top. Yep, they certainly appreciated it.

Their were several times I was going to complain about the cold here in MI, then I'd remember your posts about it being 30 below. Even 1 degree looks better than 30 below. Today it's going up to a balmy 23 degrees, which is an improvement over last week. In fact, it really does seem kinda nice out after the cold we were having. ANd yesterday, it was SUNNY!! That's a real treat here in the winter.
