Can this be raynauds?
I'd like to know this too. The same exact thing happens to me!! They will even get that way even if I'm not outside. Sometimes, just my hands being unactive (watching tv or reading) they will do this.
Not sure that this is Raynauds. I have Raynauds, but that's not what happens to me. When my hands get cold, my fingers turn white and are numb. When the feeling comes back, they turn a reddish/purple. But who knows...maybe there are other symptoms? Maybe you need to let your doctor know about this.I have Raynauds and my hands turn purple or white and numb. They do hurt as they warm up.
