Might be why my fingers are soo cold | Arthritis Information

Soo... I decided to Google "imuran cold fingers". I got the result of -

Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: weakness, muscle loss, vision changes, hair loss, cold/numbness in the fingers, mouth sores, difficult/painful swallowing, greasy stools.

Yeah... so I might have to come off the Imuran if it is causing my fingers to get cold. I hope it is not the Imuran that is causing ths problem. Imuran works so well for my swelling. I would just hate to have to come off of it. It was kinda my last option for DMARDS.

Oh well... not going to dwell on it. Maybe I just have raynaud's disease, which in a weird way I am hoping it is that.
You still have one DMARD left.

Minocin? Joonie, I didn't know that!  I have cold fingers, but I don't think they've gotten any worse since the Imuran, and they seem to be related to the numbness.  But ya never know...Yeah, that is why I posted about. I figured if you knew... you would have told me.

Good thing it is annoying me to no end and enough for me to complain to my RD about it, otherwise I would just deal with it like I do most times. Oh and since it said to tell your doctor if is happens... yeah that might be the real reason
Not trying to be pushy, but I thought you posted that it had made you dizzy so you stopped.  Might be time to think about it and try again if the Imuran is the problem.  If it's not...keep doing what you want.

Hugs,

P.S.  Remember that post about the vaccine and 'tell your doctor if you get joint pain'.  My question was...was there something the doc could do when that happened.  So, the same question is relates here...is there something they can do?  What did the article say was possibly going on with that list?  Is there something you should be looking for?It was just a list of side effects. And those were the unlikey but serious side effects. They got a whole other list that is Seek Medical Attention Immediatly. I tried to find something else out about it, but I could not find anything. I guess because it is such an unlikely side effect
