I was thinking for the days after getting my Remicade infusion and on "good" days, that I will use my exercise ball. I would not really do much of anything except sit on it and bounce and try to keep my balance.

 
Oh and I saw this imformercial... and it kinda looked like I could do those exercises. But the DVD's were My only advice is to start much slower than you think you need to, and build up very gradually.  Better to take it too slow that to go too fast and suffer the consequences.
 
And be sure your coordination's good that day if you're going to be bouncing around.  The last thing you need to do is to lose your balance and hit something.
The Aquatic programs are great for people like us. I know the YMCA offers them if you don't belong to a local gym.
 
I already have one of those BIG exercise balls. I just have to keep it put up because the kids like to fight over it.
 
actually water exercise makes my knees worse :(.. I love going in the pool, in the summer and doing water exercises.. RA no longer allows me to do that.. arghhh
My dr right now, won't even sigh off on Physical Therapy, ... too hard on the body.. sigh..
