Hello everyone! Been a while since I posted... still waiting for an official diagnosis but from research I have done on my own RA seems to be the answer I have been looking for. Had a rough day yesterday, pain brought me to tears. My left knee was swollen and I could barely move it, making it hard to climb the three flights of stairs to my dorm room. Just wondering if anyone had any good tips on how to help deal with the pain or treat the pain.
