I got up this morning and saw on the news that it is going to be a beautiful day, so instead of sitting in the house like we have been doing for the last few days I figured I'd take my kids to the beach. I pack up some sandwiches and juice boxes, get the towels out and then....I remember...I CAN'T SIT OUT IN THE SUN!!!! Thank God my kids didn't see me getting ready for the beach, they would have been DEVISTATED if I had told them we could go and then changed it. THIS SUCKS!!
get a big beach umbrella , take a chair and a good book lots of sunscreen and let the kids play there wont be much more sunny and warm days depending where you live have a great day
I know what you mean about devistated kids...lol. That is why I never tell my daughter about doing something or going somewhere until I know for sure it is going to happen. Otherwise I will have to hear about it and hear her cry because it is not time to go or it fell thru. I just hate it when mother-in-law tells my daughter something and then it be weeks away and my daughter will think she was talking about the next day or something...man it is sooo hard to try to explain there are 21 more days from that day her nanny told her... daaughter has no sense of time...lol....but that is because she is still a kid, a very impatient one at that...lol.
