Been doing pretty well swelling wise. I actually cooked the family meal yesterday, and get this did dishes. Voluntary of course. So i am in Florida and you may think the warmer temps would be good for the Rynauds. Well we have slate tile floors and they retain the cold from the air conditioner. Was to busy to fuss with the socks and shoes yesterday and did flip flops. Wow i am paying for it all night and today still. My feets hurts. Always something. Ha Ha. Went in the laundry at two a.m. to get my socks. And sons girl was sleeping out there. Scared the day lights out of me. Her daughter is bipolar and yesterday was such a bad day for the young girl. She kicked her mom in the face hard. Anyway the poor mother had took a couple of valiums and she said she didn't want to keep anyone awake so she went and hid in the laundry room and fell asleep. Scared me so bad i screamed thought it was a home invasion. I said oh hun we are up come back inside.Anyway the little girl she has more problems with her menses. Seems she tends to litterally lash out when she gets them. I had a bipolar son but never had to worry about the menses adding to the problem. And she is a sweet and polite young lady most of the time. Anyway in general i have been pretty healthy mentally. And the swelling has been gone for awhile now. Still low on energy and awake time. I am working today and i get a bit nervous sometimes so i hopped on the board to settel my nerves as i am waiting on some phone calls. Got half my work done and am now half as nervous as i was a few minutes ago. Well i am trying a new lane and i thought it looked like a good one but it is new territory none the less but seems to working out well. I did not sleep to well last night with all of the comotion. Today it as if nothing happened. Of course we made the child an appiontment with mental health. And the swelling in the moms lip has gone down. After all of the tears had settled i sat out side with young girl and watched the eclipse with her. She was truley remorsful. I had made a special dinner just for the kids. When i had told her she could come out of her room and eat she ate half and tearfully said it was very good but that she was to upset to eat the rest at that time. I had heard of her problems before but never actually witnessed them before. It was heart breaking on the whole family as to how to solve this problem. You always pray that love can fix everything but sometimes it simply takes more.
